If you have a physical complaint and suspect there may be a mental problem involved, Rebalancing can help (a) to gain an insight into the link between the physical and the mental, and (b) to reduce the pain or learn to cope with it better. This includes complaints such as burn out, chronic tiredness, intestinal problems, tension or pain for which there is no obvious physical cause. Or, for instance, fibromyalgia or RSI, problems that are often related to a strong sense of duty and perfectionism.
Rebalancing also has a lot to offer anyone who wishes to discover and realize his/her true self. Working through the body is an excellent approach because it connects us with direct experience. Whereas ideas and convictions can frequently lead us astray and limit us, the body doesn’t lie. Rebalancing can help you to care better for yourself and to find security and rest. People with work-related issues can benefit from this approach too. What your body tells you about your needs, desires, and the path that suits you, is often a revelation. For people with RSI I have a range of special exercises, which I know from my own experience work well.

Rebalancing helps you
- gain more insight into the reasons that lie behind your feelings;
- connect better with your feelings;
- find a way to transform unresolved emotions;
- discover methods to cope with your feelings, without repressing them or letting them overwhelm you.
