For the second step in Rebalancing – from feeling to actually being – an attitude of acceptance is particularly helpful. You can learn to stay close to your feelings (by breathing correctly, for example),, even though they may be difficult ones like sorrow or anger. The habit of avoiding them or compensating for them costs a lot of energy and keeps the problem alive. By making contact with these emotions they can be worked through, thus producing a stream of energy and self-healing.
In combination with Rebalancing I use other body-oriented methods such as Systemic work, voice, focusing, somatic experiencing, shiatsu and meridian therapy.
